Return & Refund Policy

At KayBee Coloring, we want you to love your purchase!

Due to the nature of our products, coloring books, stickers, and other paper goods cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or marked in.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
